Registration

There is a non-refundable registration fee of $60 for new students and $50 for returning students due upon completion of application with an additional $5 processing fee added for all online payments.

Tuition:

Tuition is due on the 1st of every month and covers only classroom instruction. Recital fees and costume fees are separate.
A $25 late fee will be assessed after the 10th day of the month.
There is a $30 NSF fee on all returned checks. After 2 NSF checks, only cash or money order will be accepted for payment.

Drop-off and Pick-up:

For students ages 3 through 7 years of age, parents must come inside the studio to pick the child up after class. No child will be allowed to walk outside without the attendance of an adult.

Withdrawal from Class:

Once your child is enrolled, monthly tuition payments are expected, even if your child misses their assigned dance classes.
If your child will not be returning, it is your responsibility to notify the office of withdrawal.
Only upon official notice of withdrawal will you be released from your tuition obligation.

Recital Attendance Policy:

If your child is participating in the annual recital, she or he will be expected to attend all scheduled rehearsal practices. In the month of October you will receive your child's rehearsal schedule along with the recital information packet.
In an effort to give your child a positive dance experience, there will be many rehearsals in the month of June. Accordingly, your child will be allowed to miss a maximum of three unexcused rehearsals. If more than three rehearsals are missed without proper notification your child will not be able to participate in the recital. However, all Recital Fees and Costume Fees are non-refundable.
In an effort to maintain the quality of the dance recital and your child's potential recital performance, this policy will be strictly enforced.
